Hi Reagan. I used to live outside Greenville, NC I was about one mile from Simpson, NC and two miles from Grimesland, NC and had a mailing address of Grimesland. I am familiar with Chocowinity. I was a Real Estate Appraiser and did quite a few appraisal assignments in Little Washington and Chocowinity and other parts of Beaufort County. I have been living in Davie County approximately midway between Winston-Salem and Statesville.
