I love leftover meatloaf.
A couple big slabs on mayoed bread, some lettuce and cheese, yum.
Crumbled up, mixed with cheese, baked in a grilled sub roll. Great!
On a plate with mushroom gravy and rice or egg noodles.
Embrace the day old loaf!
I had BBQ'ed New York steaks, 1 1 /2" thick, corn on the cob, and diced red potatoes fried up with lots of garlic and onion. It was great for a change!
