Just wondering how many Army guys we have on here. I spent 17 years and was medically retired due to injuries sustained. Over the years I worked on 58D's, 60's, flight ops, medic and wheel mech.

11B here. Also disabled. Blew out my knee in "training". Went back to work, then was medically discharged because I couldn't hang with the big dogs anymore.
11B5PM retired after 20 years.
Airborne Pathfinder, Vietnam, 10 year service break,reup, GW1, beautiful downtown Mogadishu.

1972-1996. MOS 00B Engineer Diver. Retired E-8 and Master Diver. 3 times S. Korea and 1 in Karlsruhe, Germany. The rest of the time was spent here in S.E VA waiting to go back.

Enlisted for Armor, ended up a 94B20 - cook (hey, I tried!)
Fort Carson, Colorado, 46th Field Artillery 68-69
Volunteered for Vietnam, went to 1st Infantry Brigade, 5th Infantry Division (Mechanized). We were on loan to the Marines, came under Command and Control of the 3rd Marine Division, and operated with them along the DMZ from Khe Sahn to the South China Sea. Oct 69-Oct 70
They asked me if I wanted to re-up, but I had had enough. Honorably discharged as an E-5.
Misspent youth. Enlisted 1975. Armor Crewman 11E10/20, 19E20. Tank Commander/Instructor. Graduated OCS 1980, 2LT(O-1E) Armor Officer Basic. Tank Platoon Leader/CSC XO, 1LT(O-2E). Armor Officer Advanced/Motor Officer Course, CPT(O-3E). Bde Asst S3/Bn S3 Air/Bn S2. Tank Co Cdr. Corps Installation Coordinator/Site Security Officer. Bn S3. Retired 1995.

My M48A5 firing 105mm HEAT-T from the short halt at an AT position 1500 meters away. No AT position no mo.
