Just got my full sized SR1911 back from my gunsmith and he did a trigger job on my pistol. Since he is located at the range I took it and fired 50 rounds of reloads through it. It made a world of difference on how it handled. Crisp and clean now, as before it felt "gritty". Very satisfied with it. Then I pulled out my SR1911 LW Commander. The feel was just right!! It's the one I shoot and carry all the time and it was like having an old friend back. Shot 50 rounds of reloads through it and was satisfied. Now I just have 1 more SR1911 Commander to do a trigger job on and they will all be done. Saving up my pennies again.

A good trigger makes all the difference in the world with a handgun.

If you don't want to say, I understand. But, I will ask- how much did the trigger job cost?
Mine isn't gritty, but I don't have another to compare it to.
