    I had an issue with the iron sight alignment on my 10/22 which required factory repair. Based on previous experiences with other firearms manufacturers, I was dreading the process of explaining the issue, trying to figure out the shipping, and then waiting countless weeks for the repair to be made with no communication from the company as to where I was in the queue.

    Not this time... The customer service representative was knowledgeable and cooperative, and within a few minutes I had an email prepaid shipping label and clear and easy directions to ship the gun back. It took a total of ten days from the day I made the call to have the gun repaired and back in my hands including shipping both ways! I just got back from the range and it's perfect now.

    No one likes to have an issue, but I would like to thank Ruger for the professional way in which they handled mine. Outstanding service... Thank you!
