1. CCO (commander slide, officer frame) 2. Officers (officers frame with 3.5" barrel). 3. GI style 1911
Hate to be a downer but darn-it, Ruger can't even produce enough of what they already catalog. I have yet to see a SR1911 let alone touch one and now they have come out with Commander. Being in the KC area that is just wrong! And, if and when I do come across one, I'll bet it won't be $829. Just P's me off!

My friend and I are waiting for a 3.5" SR1911 from Ruger. I would also like to see a SR45c with a 3.5" barrel. I think the SR45c might come before a small SR1911. Bill
I Acually agree however untill Ruger gets supply and demand back to normal levels it will be hard for them to manage the 2 models they got now. however i do think they need to make atleast 3 more. 1. flat 4 inch barrel model 2. 3.5 inch barrel model 3.3 inch barrel model. however i think it was guns and ammo magazine that said any 1911 shorter then 4 inches will have trouble with muzzle flip and jump so Ruger might not consider that size. however many people say a 3.5 inch or 3 inch barreled has many probloms with it and needs fine tuning by a pistol smith to be any good for conceal carry. just my 2 cents on the subject. ~Aeris Sky
