The Ruger has issues, especially with the tempermental magazine well.( Lots of problems using Glock mags. ) The Beretta is nice....but lots of plastic parts inside and out that can weaken in the long run. There are mcarbo replacement parts for sale that are all metal and an upgrade, but thats more $$$ over the price of the basic gun. I know nothing about the Tabor,..... but (hear that it is expensive.) I'll take the stock Marlin anyday of the week. The receiver is a heavy ,milled block of steel as is the micro groove barrel. Real wood stock, accepts hi capacity magazines. A new buffer and be good to go!
