Ummm, maybe it's the picture or something but those appear to be the standard thumb rest grips Ruger has had for quite a while and sells on their ShopRuger site. Regardless, they look nice, and they are comfortable (have a pair myself as a spare set).

You are correct. They are in fact sold by Ruger as well. My reference to Talo was unnecessary. I merely wanted to show that a pair intended for a Mark II and III can be made to fit the IV.

Basically it requires clearancing for the different controls. Take a look at the top of the left grip. It requires contouring to all the slide release to operate without obstruction. Also, take a look at the additional photos I attached, they show the back of each grip and show where some removal of wood is required to allow for the safety to operate without touching the grips.
