Aftermarket accessories for your firearms can make for both useful and enjoyable additions. In some cases, what a firearm comes with may not get you too excited, but you can turn around and give it a little upgrade to more suit your fancy. A good example of this is the 10/22 stocks entering the market to spice things up. Even though the stock that came with your 10/22 may suit you just fine, some of us are open to improvement and innovation, which has at long last arrived!

TacStar is bringing a new group of stocks to the fold to enhance your Ruger 10/22. These have been dubbed the "Adaptive Tactical M-4″ stocks and they are intended for use on the Ruger 10/22 take-down rifle. Serving as a drop in replacement for the take-down 10/22, the M-4 stock has a lot to offer. For starters, it is adjustable, allowing additional rail sections should you wish to mount other types of accessories. It brings to the table a pistol grip as well. There is also a storage feature for the convenient carrying of your 10-round roary magazines.

Something else offered by the Adaptive Tactical M-4 stock is a splash of color. Depending on your preferences and tastes, you can bring either a pop of color to your 10/22 or keep it subdued. Some of the colors offered are black, Legends, pink Muddy Girl, and Kryptec. The price depends a on your color choice, with it starting at $149.95 for basic colors and stepping up to $189.95 for flashier coloring.

The M-4 stock is also equipped to work with a monopod accessory. This device is spring-loaded and offers push-button extension, giving you up to three additional inches of length to allow for stable, single point resting. The extensions are released in increments of 3/8" and deploy rapidly to suit your needs, giving you the stability necessary to give you every possible accuracy advantage.
