I've bought many firearms, but have never sold or even traded one before. Looking to trade almost new in box sp101 SS 2" bbl .357 because I want a gp100 SS 6"bbl. real bad. Would like an opinion on taking in on a trade vs. trying to sell. Will I get hosed on the value at a shop? I've not seen much interest in the gun. All my friends want autos.
Thanks

My vote would keep it and get the other.

But trading can be ok but shops will only pay cost on new unfired guns and ones that been fired well they will get cheap as u will allow ...

Selling is more hassle but more money. Trades with a shop are generally insulting but over with quick.

GP100 6" is the most fun gun I own. Accurate from everywhere.

Yeah, the more shops I visit, the less I want to get rid of it. GP100 may have to wait till tax return-
