I went to my range last week. On a cement bench I sighted in my RUGER 57 with Federal 40 gr. solid point ammo and got a 2 inch group at 50 yards! With iron sights!

I'm amazed at this accuracy and hope the FN 40 gr. ammo does as well. It should hit a bit higher as it is faster than the Federal ammo.

I got an extra magazine (for 3 mags total) and a RUGER Kydex OWB holster. Then I had The Vest Guy make me two custom double mag pouches with MOLLE straps on the back and plastic QR buckle closures on front. He made my two double mag pouches for the long PS90 50 round magazines. Now let those pesky zombies come... ;o)

dog, I really like my RUGER 57. I feel it's more ergonomic than the FN Five seveN and even better quality.
I bought one in July. I love it. I got the Tan version and simply became my favorite pistol. In fact I brought home today a LCS rifle to match. I liked it that much. I think this caliber will explode on the market. Best decision I ever made. I’m super impressed. Thanks for the feedback.

mdog,That's a really nice carbine. I like the pistol grip magazine port B/C it makes the carbine shorter.
I would have bought the RUGER LCS but I've owned an FN PS90 for many years so no need for another 5.7 x 28 carbine. I have a Vortex SPARC II red dot on the PS90 and a HOLOSUN 509T circle/dot sight on my RUGER 57. Both really help improve my accuracy.
