This is what's working for me now.

Four 25 round mags in bottom pocket, plastic case with about 600 rounds in the top pocket.



Basic rifle parts in their normal spots. The barrel has Williams sights installed.



Got this one packed. Two 25 round mags, Nikon 4X .22LR scope, Ruger removable cheek pad with pocket containing 3 10 round mags. I also have room for a small red dot sight.

Just bought my first rifle - as you can see I went with the Ruger 10/22 TD. I am thrilled with it. Here is my bag - four ten round mags (BX-25's are illegal in NYS); uncle mikes swivels waiting to be mounted; 500 rounds of bulk ammo; a used Bushnell scope that was given to me by a member of another Ruger forum.
