Ruger57, why I will adopt it eventually

Got three hundred smackers and a Glock30 upgraded to trade towards it. Why the Ruger57? A. Side by side comparison field stripped shows Ruger57 to be simpler than S&W. Simper equals more reliable. B. The optional Ghost ring rear sight intrigues me. C. V-MAX ammo is coming down in price. D. Got me a Viridian X5L Gen 3 green laser light combo surplus from another since traded pistol. E. I do like it's 20 round capacity.
