I remember you mentioning that Jimmy( on FTF). But I think this is a cold Lubricant situation. Meanwhile I have other guns to shoot or if I need them. When we get to go shoot indoors again at the Range I will have the smith there or the one training me look at it. We came home and I took it completely down( which I do once a month, and can only do with the Ruger takedown tool since I have some nerve pain issues) and wiped it down clean and dry and then light protective oil/Lube and cycled fine,...so we will see the next time out.DrFootball, I had the exact problem with my SR40c. Nothing I did helped until I pulled out the magazine disconnect. Never had a problem since! It was causing just enough friction to cause a problem is what I was told by my smith.
