With the shortage of firearms currently, suggested retail does not mean much.
But, what might be a reasonable price be for a two year old, NIB Mark IV Target in stainless?

There's a shortage of firearms?

Firearm availability is catching up and pricing has settled down; my local gunshop here in semi-rural NC is overflowing with recent and new production model firearms.

That said, I'd consider your Target model (whatever actual model # it is; Ruger currently lists 3 different SS Target models) to be worth what you paid for it - two years ago. But if you overpaid for it two years ago (e.g., due to pre-election fears, etc.) then expect to take a hit on it if you plan on selling it today.
