Ruger kudo!!

    First time here and just had to say KUDO to CS at Ruger, I have a New model 357 that's years old, Love to shoot and a couple months ago the Pawl wore out and the Cyl. free floated most of the time. At first I though it was the Cyl latch lock. So Yea, I completely tore it down, got a few parts but not the Pawl. Of course, could not put it together again, called Ruger, they gave me a Ref number and Shipped it back in basket case condition. That was just 18 days ago and my Blackhawk arrived today. AS TIGHT as a new gun. New Pawl new springs, Work on the Cyl lockup. My COST???
    ZERO. Now that's service!!

    Welcome to the forum and yes Ruger has the best customer service. People complain about their guns failing but they are all smiles when they get it back. Many gun companies don't pay freight either way and many the warranty service is short lived. Many of those guns cost more than a Ruger also.
