My 1989 redhawk was showing a concave circle around the firing pin hole making reading the primers tricky. I called them to see if there was anything they could do. They gave me an RMA#. I mailed it to them last Friday and received it back this Friday. We're talking one week from my sending it to getting it back!!

They replaced the recoil plate, firing pin plunger, & trigger spring. Range tested/passed.

They also gave me a new ruger box (because I didn't have one) with a manual and didn't charge me for any of the parts, labor, or the second day air shipping.

Props to Ruger. Will never buy a revolver from anybody else.

Ruger has some of the best customer service out there.......awesome......
