Anyone know about Ruger 10/22 31172 with Hogue stock and heavy bbl? Is this a new model? When was it made available?

I'm guessing you did a Google search. I found this Ruger® 10/22® Tactical Autoloading Rifle Model 31172 Bottom of the page has a 2022 copyright, so it might be a fairly new model.
