Ruger #1 Barrel change

    I am new here so bare with me. I purchased a Ruger #1 with a different barrel and on the barrel it is stamped kleinendorst. Can anyone give me some input on this thanks in advance.

    They make smithing tools, alignment plates, bolt disassembly tools and such. Didn't know they made barrels.

    Yes I did see that also but could not find them as a barrel maker either. I will continue to try to find out more info. but thanks much for the reply.

    Could simply be something they stamped their name on. A lot of barrel "makers" simply buy bbl stock from another manufacturer and roll mark their name on them. I know a few use Green Mountain bbl and put their name on them. Years back, Kimber made bbl for a few others as well.
