Went to to do a little plinking- it warmed up into the 40s- haven't been shooting for a while so I brought one of my favorite .22 revolvers. Shot 50 rounds at this target from 10 yds using CCI standard velocity. Then I shot a few at this here squirrel All in all it was pretty fun- started raining on me at the end so I had to cut it a little short. Next time I go shoot will probably be when I pick up my Blackhawk next week- can't wait!
It's been a lo-o-ng time. I vaguely recall that getting the emptied cases out of the gun took about as long as with a 'hand ejector', just different movements. The cylinder 'presents' better for reloading though. Good looking gun, SG. (Apparently, most guns are good looking).
Yeah, I do like reloading it. When ejecting the emptys, I find I flicking motion works the best. Sorta flick the barrel down.
