Just picked up a new 77/357 rifle from my gun shop here in the UK. Great gun and worth the wait. Having a problem cycling .357 magnums. Then I noticed on the carton with the spare mag that it states 4 rounds. Thats a puzzle. Loaded 4 rounds in the mag and it will cycle any load. Has any shooter in the USA had this
problem. Had the Mag apart and 1 mag feels to have a stronger spring.
Magic gun but still love my Marlin 357

UK welcome! I have a 77-357 and have loaded 4 rounds in mine. I guess it never crossed my mind cause that's plenty. I use mine for deer here in VA. No feeding issues. I load 180 grain Hornady hps with winchester 296. 4+1 works and enjoy!
