Hello! I am new to this forum, but a regular on defensive carry.com. Just picked up my .38 LCR today! Bought it as a back up piece or warm weather carry option. Boy I love this gun! Just feels great in my hands! Will be off to the range this weekend to see how she sings! ImageUploadedByRuger Forum1380217446.418075.jpg ImageUploadedByRuger Forum1380217469.783418.jpg

Welcome from Texas!
My wife had a S&W Bodyguard 38. That was a nasty little gun. Just plain painful to fire. She ended up selling it.
I hope the LCR is a little easier on the hands than that S&W was!

If I can I would like to recommend the LCR 22 mag for her. It be the all around good choice for a lady
