Just put these on and took the medallions off and put the Ruger OEM ones on in their place.

I got lucky here about a week and a half ago and ran across some used Pachmayr grips. The price tag was $15.00 and I asked the sales person if that was the right price. She told me that a older man had bought them and then decided he wanted some fancier ones and he traded them in. I said I would buy them-pulled out my wallet and only had a $10.00 bill. She said that was good enough so I got them. Put them on my full size SR1911 and haven't regretted it a bit. I have always liked Pachmayr and Hogue grips of which I have a set of Hogues on my GP100. These hands of mine are old so anything to help soften the cushion is fine with me. BTW, there are some nice looking grips on the preceding pages.
