My new SR1911

    Brought it home today.Date on empty casing was 7/15/2103.So it's fairly recent build.No rust at all anywhere.I thought there was some under the grips,but it turned out to be stain from the grips as it wiped right off.Going to send some rounds thru it tomorrow if it don't rain.

    I really like them.I bought them for my SA Operator after shooting the Hi Power Practical I had.

    Ruger's 70-series 1911 design is a winner. I'm sure you'll be pleased with your new pistol...;)
