Happy Star Wars day :tiphat:
Is it really Star Wars Day? First I'm hearing of it. Clever all the same.
May 4th...May the forth...May the force...
Hope there's no revenge of the fifth.
Made me laugh^^^
This may sound stupid but why do we celebrate "Cinco de Mayo"? The war had nothing to do with us. It was between Mexico and France and France got their butt beat the first time. There were 4000 Mexicans against 8000 French. The country of Mexico doesn't even celebrate the holiday. It has been celebrated in the planet of California since the 1860's however did not catch on to the rest of the country until the 1980's. What would happen if we went to Mexico and celebrated the 4th of July? Do you think they would welcome us with open arms and fire crackers or just use auto and semi autos weapons?
So we can have another drinking "holiday ".
This is it. That and a reason to eat tacos.
^^^ Now that's funny.
Far as I know, nobody around here celibates Cinco de Mayo. I thought it was a Cuban holiday.
