I had issue with my SR9C 9 MM - Ruger came through

    I had owned my 9 mm for basically a month, I was having a problem with my pistol only firing off a couple rounds at a time and then the slide would stay open. I contacted Ruger, and they paid for Shipping and fixing the gun free of charge and with outstanding customer support service. What they found out, was, the Slide Stop Assembly was the problem, they fixed it, sent it back to me and I was able to go out and fire off a couple hundred rounds, single fire and rapid fire without any issues. Props to Ruger for their outstanding support and assistance. Going to be purchasing another gun in the next couple months and probably going to be picking up another Ruger. With service like that, it makes you want to come back for more.

    Yup, one thing, I felt naked without it being here when it was sent out for service. LOL

    My first SR40c had a problem with light strikes. Ruger had it back to me within 7 days and it has been perfect ever since. Great pistol and backed by a great company.
