You know, now that I think about it they are also in desending order of complexity as well. The 4506 has mag lock out, night sights, safety, decocker, exposed hammer etc,
The P95 is more modern, more utilitarian, still has a hammer, safety and decocker though,
The has an internal striker, no safety, no decocker,
