What is the difference between mods and admins on this site?

There really isn't any difference except we get use of the company jet on our weekends! :cryinglaugh:

Actually, the admins here have a few more buttons in the back to push occasionally. Most of the mods here are also administrators on other forums, so we don't tire too quickly, but we all share the load equally.
