I have been a Ruger shooter since 1976. My first was a bicentenial issue Mark 1 with "Made in the 200th year of american liberty" stamped in the barrel.
Unfortunately that handgun was lost in the Bastrop fires along with all of my other guns.
I have slowly been replacing everything, and this is my newest.
I have only fired a few hundred rounds through it, but enough to know that it is a blast and that it does not like Winchester bulk ammo. Lots of jams with that stuff.
