Out of the box my GP100 .44 special has a jammed cylinder after the first 1 or 2 shots. I reload and have tried increasing the crimp and varying OAL of the ammo. It still does it after these changes, although to a lesser extent. Any body have any ideas? Is it possibly a manufacturing problem?

My .44 GP100 had too little cylinder gap on several cylinders, which made it nearly impossible to cycle it after a couple of shots. Sent it back to Ruger and they fixed it. It doesn't take much fouling to cause this, tgeir tolerances are always tight.
