Well since I finally got a good mid-weight pistol in the Redhawk 44 mag, I'm on the fence for what's next. I've been thinking about going with either a heavy-weight pistol, or light duty.

Heavy weight considerations: Encore in 45-70 or 500...BFR 45-70...SRH 480.

Light duty: Security Six 357 mag, Pittbull 40 s&w.

The security six intrigues me because it's like a mini redhawk...I already have reloading stuff for the Pittbull....yet I'm a big-recoil junkie so I think the Encore would be cool especially because I have tons of 223 stuff so I could get a 223barrel to accompany the big bore.

    Thoughts?

I've been reading that it's higher quality than the gp and super accurate in a 6"

If you want some kick try the Contender in 35 Rem. or the Encore in 444 Marlin ;) :D. I've got a 35 Rem Contender and I'd say it's got roughly twice the recoil of the Super Blackhawk 44 mag I had.
