I'm new to this group but not to firearms and Hand guns in particular.
I started shooting in competition while in the Navy in 1958 and Was very active for about 10 years.
Ruger was one of the first Custom made guns I owned and probably the most favorite. It was a Standard Frame .22LR that had been customized by James Clark . It had a 8 or 10 inch Bull Barrell with a muzel break milled into the barrel. That was the only gun I ever cleaned a 50 Yard target with!
Today I have a 22/45 SS Hunter that I have done some work on, and had an LCP which I tradded in for a LC380.
Today My Favorite gun is my Springfield Range officer in .45 ACP.
