Officer has wrote 25,000 tickets in his law enforcement career, and does not have 1 negative complaint, however has several citizen commendations.
Believes like I do, he is at the same level as the rest, isn't above the law or bigger then you.
Citizens actually said, they didn't mind getting a citation from this Deputy, his attitude was excellent
