    Besides price what’s the difference?

    Looks like the same size

    Are they both single stack?

    Yes, only differences are:
    • Integral sights (machined in the barrel, non-replaceable)
    • Black Oxide finish on the barrel vs. blueing
    • Serrations on the barrel are a little farther spaced apart
That's it, I believe. I bought an EC9s about a month ago, and have about 200 rounds through it so far, without a hicup.

They are. I carry a Ruger LC9 in my cargo shorts during the summer months with the double magazine pouch on my belt, t-shirt untucked. The pistol doesn't print at all in the lower flap pocket.
I now have this pistol where I want it to be. It has a better feeling grip, all the internals have been smoothed with the magazine disco removed and a steel recoil spring guide rod, tritium night sights, a trigger job that now provides smoother/lighter double action pull and the carry magazine is the "add a round", new Ruger magazine with the longer base plate. If I would have had any clue that Ruger was going to go with a "striker fire" version, that's the one I would've waited for:
