I'm a new owner of a Mark 3 target and am currently using Aguila Super Extra 40g .22 cartridges. Is it a case that the lower the gramme the better and more accurate the shot? What's your recommendations. Thanks

usually most target ammo is standard speed, approx 1050 10 1200 max and a 40 gr solid bullet. However, .22's can be very fickle and you mat find the Aguila to shoot quite well. I have used it in several of my rifles and have no complaints

I just picked up some Norma Tac 22 and I'm very pleased with it's accuracy, functioning and price. You can get it directly from Norma for $ 43 a brick.

I shot a bunch of it Sunday at our Steel Challenge match and shot my fastest score in 4 years. I had no failures whatsoever.

Aguila .22LR is good ammo in my opinion. I've ran it through several different guns (pistol & rifle) and not had an issue with it that I can recall. We actually carry it as well, 1000rds for $94.00 and no sales tax (if you are outside of Nevada.) Here's a link if you'd like to check it out Ammo - Rimfire - .22LR - Action Munition
