Welcome Bootlegger. Can you even find 9mm in your area? It's about impossible in central Iowa, you have to be standing there when they stock the shelf or you won't get any.

On the question of ammo, no not in our local area, but somehow i lucked out and bought a bunch before Dec 14, talked to a friend from colorado and he has been finding some in that area out there, bought 2000 rounds last week, I also went to a gun show yesterday and a guy said 22 is now short because everybody has a 22.
