Has anyone shot the new 350 legend round? It seems to be a very good replacement for the 350 Bushmaster and a lot cheaper to shoot. Ruger now has a bot action rifle for it? I was looking at the 300 blackout as a hog gun but this round seems much more capable. Your thoughts?

what is the bullet weight and velocity? Sounds like it could be a god round that would penetrate well with enough bullet weight.

Winchester made a straight wall cartridge out of the.223 and they have plans for three bullet weights, 150, 180, and a 145. The 145 is a FMJ bullet. The 150 is a deer season round and it around 2286 FPS.
This was with a Ruger American Ranch rifle. They also plan a 160 grain power max bonded and a 265 grain super suppressed but I haven’t seen any of those available yet. The 150 deer season is around a buck and the FMJ 145 is less than 50 cents.

Sounds a lot like the old .351 Winchester round. Guessing the case capacity would be much more.

Sounds like a promising round. Just as good as a 30-30 or better since it is a larger caliber and less drag or better BC and in Semi Auto or bolt. Good for 200 + yards. If you already have a 30-30 you can use the Leverevolution cartridges by Hornady.
