Not a Ruger in .22 WMR but I did just buy the Savage M93 in .22WMR and I will highly reccomend it...You can get it for about 250 bucks too.That hole in the middle is 25 rounds from 25 yards with my little Bushnell trophy scope on it.

There's a Ruger 96 lever action 22 WMR on Gunbroker right now. Not sure if it's okay to post a link but if you enter "Ruger 22 WMR" you'll see one lever action listed.

They're asking $700 for the opening bid.

good luck in finding a 77/22mag, i have had mine for a few years and its one fine shooting .22mag rifle. mine like 40gr winchester HP,s. eastbank.
