Hi I am new to the forum and the the world of Ruger. I recently bought a 50th anniversary 10/22 carbine with synthetic stock ( I like to modify almost anything ) so I bought a 3x to 9x nc star scope, quad lock rings, sling and of course a 25 round mag

I have been around guns all my life so I'm not new to guns. I had a Remington 74 .22 semi auto and it jammed every other shot and that is why I got my 10/22 and I have had absolutely no problems with it jamming

Here it is before I put the sling on

After my brother saw mine he got jealous, so he bought a takedown. They are the best .22 available

I havre three 10-22s, they are great, but in defense of Remington I picked up a 597 and it's a flawless shooter. On the other hand the M&P 15-22 FTE almost every other shot. I need to call it in or try a UTube fix. Guess that's why the not LGS had it at a great can't pass this up price.

Yeah Remington is not all bad, my dad has a rare Remington 572 pump .22 and it shoots flawlessly
