Hello all.I have a Ruger PC9 carbine and now am in a jam.It is my misfortune to live in the peoples republic of New York and the new magazine capacity ban has just about rendered the gun useless.I have a couple of 10 rounders for it which before Tuesday were leagal but now they dropped the limit to 7 rounds and I dont know what I can do.Do any of their pistols have magazines that are compatable with the PC9s?Anyone know any good machinists that could make some up using the 10 rounders?Putting a plug in is still illegal from what I hear so any suggestions outside of selling it and moving would be a help.

I read that the 10 round mags would be allowed but you could only load 7. Read the AWB bill and you will see the changes.

Please don't consider selling anything until the smoke clears and the appeals have taken place.

I believe you are correct, but I also heard that this provision would expire in one year.
I would hope the NY's new law will be challenged in court, but given all the politics going on involving the 2nd, who knows what will happen.

Just sell me your PC9, then you wont have to worry about it :)

JK, Good look with your situation, I will tell you what, you fight the politics from the East Coast, I will fight them from the West Coast and we can meet some where in the middle states for a plinking fest?
