Default What is it ?

Ok, I don't know what it is.

A guy on another forum is looking for an answer.

No markings , other than the stars in the grips.
Note the mag release. It is .380 caliber.

Anybody got an idea?

My knee jerk reaction was that it looked like a bersa thunder. But of course it's older than that.

Looks like a Walther PPKS, made by Interarms, or a knock off of this pistol.

Yes Kev, the same gun my ex stole from my collection!

Perhaps a Japanese WWII or early communist bloc knock off?

I think you are right; a knock-off.

Diamonds aren't a girls best friend, a piece of paper is. That's why they want it so bad.
The basic look resembles the CZ 83 and many German and Czech guns copied that look. The pull down trigger guard for disassembly and barrel/slide look of many German/Czech handguns.
